Pay my debt

You can pay by bank transfer from your bank abroad.

• Important: You must write your CPR number or CVR number in the message field, so we know the money comes from you.

No, as a general rule, you cannot set up a fixed repayment plan with us similar to those offered by banks. Instead, you can manually pay amounts of your choice, for example every month, via My Debt Overview.

Log on to self-service (Mit gældsoverblik)

If you have debt marked as unresolved debt, you must call us to pay it.

 You cannot pay it via Selv-service (Mit gældsoverblik); you can only see whether you have any debt that is unresolved. Unresolved debt will only appear in Self-service (Mit gældsoverblik) if you have debt that has not yet been settled.

Check if you have unresolved debt

When you pay all or part of your debt via My Debt Overview, confirmation will be displayed on your screen.

However, you will not receive a receipt from us via email or post. Instead, you can find documentation of your payment in your online bank or by contacting your bank.
